Agave Vinyasa Gentle Flow

This class is tailored to individuals wanting gentle stretch and yoga flow while deepening our connection to mind body and soul. If you have never done yoga this is a great class to get get familiar with this practice.

Agave 50/50 Yoga

50/50 is a combination of energizing Vinyasa flow yoga and restorative Yin yoga. The first half of the class will be vinyasa flow and the second half will be practiced primarily on the floor with longer held poses to promote deeper stretching. Students will enjoy a long, restorative savasana at the end of class. The joined practice of Vinyasa and Yin yoga helps students to strengthen their body and immune system, restore energy, and calm the mind. The yin and yang qualities of this class will help students find a healthy balance in their fast-paced, busy lives.

Agave Gentle 50/50 Flow

Like 50/50 only gentler. This class is a combination of a low impact Vinyasa flow yoga and restorative Yin yoga. Agave Yoga Sculpt

Strengthen and lengthen your body while burning calories! This class combines yoga, weights and cardio intervals to get your heart pumping and your blood flow!

Agave Vinyasa Flow

Agave Vinyasa Flow is an energetic class where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session.

Agave Restorative

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release. Suitable for all ages and all levels of practice.

Agave Slow Burn

Slow Burn class integrates breath and movement, inner and outer alignment, strength and flexibility. Students will move with slow, controlled movements and transitions with longer holding postures accompanied by steady rhythmic tunes, encourage the entire body and mind to balance, focus and calm.

Agave Sunrise Slow Flow

Wake up to Sunrise Slow Flow, a class integrates breath and movement, inner and outer alignment, strength and flexibility. Agave Gentle Mat Pilates

Basics principles of Pilates utilizing movements from yoga, calisthenics and ballet with the focus on controlled movement and proper form in a slower, gentler pace. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, with a key focus on the deep core muscles. Suitable for all levels and abilities, with a special focus towards a Pilates beginner or those rehabing an injury.

Agave Pilates Barre Fusion

All the benefits of Pilates, with a little added fun and cardio. Both Pilates and Barre are low impact methodologies that utilize your body weight and repetitive movements to increase strength with a focus on those deep core muscles, balance, endurance and body awareness. The repetitive movements of Barre bring the mind fully into the workout to accentuate the mind/body connection and can be an excellent stress reliever. Suitable for those new to Pilates and/or Barre to more experienced practitioners wanting to mix things up a bit.

Agave Reformer Pilates***

The goal of this Reformer Pilates Flow is to provide daily life improvements by increasing overall strength, improving posture, flexibility, coordination, and balance through movement and a mind body connection. The Reformer challenges your entire body in a dynamic and controlled manner. Reformer Pilates is a low impact way to rehab after an injury and can improve ongoing aches and pains through movement. Limit 4 people.
